Shipping within Germany

Free shipping for orders within Germany from €40.

Shipping within Europe

We charge a flat shipping fee of €12.00 per order.

International shipping

We charge a flat shipping fee of €39.90 per order. Switzerland is excluded and is charged at a flat rate of €20.00 per order.

Delivery times

Unless a different delivery time is stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 2–7 working days after conclusion of the contract. If advance payment has been agreed, the delivery period begins after your payment instruction.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

Returns

We offer a right of return. This means:
